PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING

We have implemented several preventative measures to ensure that both our customers and our staff are protected. These include:

• Asking all employees to remain at home in the event that they have any symptoms of illness, particularly those related to respiratory issues or fever
• Asking our customers to inform us if they are experiencing illness so that we can reschedule our service
• Technicians using gloves, face masks, shoe coverings, and drop cloths when we enter
• An increased sanitization regimen that includes sanitizing commonly-used surfaces and objects in our office, in company vehicles, and around our work area in customers’ homes

HOW YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF & OTHERS

It should come as no surprise by now that preventing the spread of COVID-19 is going to be a group effort.

Some of the steps that you and your family can take include:

• Sanitizing surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, handrails, phones, keyboards, and other high-traffic items
• Washing your hands frequently, thoroughly, and for at least 20 seconds
• Staying home as much as possible and avoiding contact with sick individuals
• Avoiding touching your face, particularly if you have not washed or sanitized your hands recently
