Responded same day. Service tech (Gert) was able and service oriented. Collaborated on trying to fix on spot, or return following AM to be sure all the right parts were in hand; opted for that. Returned on time next AM. Repaired all. Left things clean & correct. A bit pricey, IMHO, but very good, quick service.

We have used Bell Plumbing of San Mateo before. This time, they came out and put in a gas line for us. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable and they do a very good job. They have very good customer service too. They are polite and helpful and they work around our schedule. The technicians show up when they say they will be there. We will definitely use them again.

"Second Time Using Bell"
They did a 5 star service on my son-in-law's sewer lateral replacement. The second service was a toilet repair for me, which took two times but the second time was a timely response to a small leak from the first service. Overall, while sometmes communication is delayed, action is swift and they are reliable. I'll continue to use and recommend Bell. I'm more impressed with how businesses handle problems and Bell is great at being ethical and reliable to always due the right thing.

Had pinhole problem in some corroded iron pipes. Guys come out, diagnosed, and returned with special equipment to apply a spot fix. Pipes were so old and corroded that the likelihood was low, but pressure is holding tight!

I have been using the services from Bell Plumbing of San Mateo for a little over a year now and have been extremely satisfied with how well the work from them went. We were using another company originally and when they weren't able to make it out to us we called a few different places, Bell was able to get out to my place to do the work within an hour of my calling which was greatly appreciated. When they arrived they looked at the issues and diagnosed the problem without charging me for the work. When they came out to do the repairs Corey who was doing the work was very friendly and did an excellent job with the repairs. The next time we went to them for work I requested Corey to do the work but as he was unable to they sent out Kirk, who also did a fantastic job with the repairs. One thing I think Bell Plumbing does amazingly is their customer service, after making an appointment I got an email from Bell Plumbing telling us who was coming to do the work along with a picture of the worker so we would know who to look for, they also included a link that showed us where the driver was and how long until they would arrive which is such a good service to include. All in all, I am very pleased with how the work from Bell Plumbing of San Mateo has been going, they are now the only plumbing service I will use at my home, I will definitely continue to use them and I cannot give their services a higher recommendation

Needed help in a big way for my tenants who had a plugged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. I called Bell Plumbing first thing in the morning and they responded right away. I had used them in the past for problems at my home. They had a tech out there to fix the problem that same morning. Also had them fix a toilet at the same time since they were going to be there anyway. After the tech left my tenant noticed that the toilet was still leaking. I called Bell and they had contacted other tech in the area and had them go back to the job and fix the problem. They found a different problem with the toilet, however, since the problem was not addressed by the first tech, Bell fixed the problem at no additional charge. Great customer service.
